Ingredients

  • 1 packet Vanilla Health One
  • 1 small apple (4-6oz) chopped in bite size pieces
  • Sugar-Free Brown Sugar Cinnamon Syrup

Instructions

  • Mix together Vanilla Meal Replacement with enough syrup (Torani brand) to create a dip-like consistency. Mix the diced apple in and enjoy! This is my version of cereal - all the crunch and sweetness of cereal with the nutrition of Health One!
