Ingredients
- 1 packet Potato Soup Health One
- 2 cups broth
- 3 tablespoons yellow curry powder
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger - minced, or dry powder
- 2 tablespoons non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon yellow raisins
- 1/2 cup lentils cooked or canned
Instructions
- Whisk together liquid ingredients and spices into saucepan. Heat over medium heat to thicken. Add vegetables, raisins and lentil. Delicious and hearty!
