Chai Latte Shake

  • 1 packet Vanilla Health One
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon OR 1/2 Chai spice
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice
  1. Add to blender, Health One, water, spices and ice. Blend until rich, creamy and smooth. Enjoy!

    Note: Chai spice can be purchased from King Arthur or Penzey’s, though it is often a seasonal product.
