Mix dry ingredients and then fold in bananas, PB2 and cacao nibs. Using a 12-cup metal muffin pan or a mini-muffin pan, spray with cooking spray and then distribute batter evenly into muffin pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Usually makes 12 muffins.
