  • 1 packet Potato Soup Health One
  • 1 cup canned crab with juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon flour


  • Combine Health One, crab, garlic, salt, pepper and flour. Add water to desired consistency. Form into patties. Add to non-stick pan or pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cook for about 3 minutes, each side.
