Andy and Rachel started the program in Indianapolis in January of 2011. For them, the motivation to join was to lead a healthier lifestyle. Andy and Rachel’s change in health has impacted the whole family. Their son now eats veggies and loves to help pick and prepare fruit. They hope that their new healthy behaviors for eating and physical activity will always be a part of his life.

Today they set an example on a daily basis.
