Greek Pizza

  • 1 packet Pancake/Baking Mix Health One
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon feta or goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olives (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons red pepper (diced)
  • 1/4 cup spinach (coarsely chopped)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, add pancake mix Health One, garlic powder and water in a bowl. Mix and flatten dough on baking sheet, sprayed with baking spray. Bake at for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread pizza sauce on dough. Add red onion, olives, red pepper to pie. Top with feta cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes.
