  • 1 packet vanilla Health One
  • 1 packet Pancake and Baking Mix Health One
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed berries
  • 3 ounces clear diet soda
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Fat Free Cool Whip


  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  
    Place frozen berries into 2, 6-8 ounce ramekins or small shallow baking dish. Combine the two MR packets and then pour MRs on top of two dishes of berries as evenly as possible. Do not stir.  
    Pour soda over top of the MR dishes, covering as much as possible.
    Bake for 30 minutes or to desired doneness. Serve each with 2 Tablespoons of frozen cool whip.
