  • 1 packet Vanilla Health One
  • 1 cup sugar-free peaches single size, with juice
  • 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon sugar substitute, such as Splenda or Stevia optional


  • Mix the Vanilla Health One and peaches in a microwave-safe dish like a ramekin. Add cinnamon, vanilla and sugar substitute (optional). Microwave for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with more cinnamon or sugar substitute if desired.
