  • 1 packet Vanilla Health One
  • 3/4 cup ice
  • 1 fresh peach
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 sprinkle cinnamon, to taste


  • Using a blender capable of crushing ice, add all ingredients to blender. Pulse and blend to a milkshake consistency.
    If you use fresh, locally grown peaches, this will taste like hand-cranked peach ice cream.
    If you use frozen peaches, decrease ice amount. So yummy!
