  • 1 packet Chocolate, Vanilla or Strawberry Health One
  • 1 cup fresh spinach stems removed
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries of your choice strawberries should be sliced
  • 8 ounces water or water with ice


  • Place all ingredients in blend and puree. More water may be desirable. You will not likely taste the spinach but you get all the benefits of this power food. The shake will likely double in size with the additives. Enjoy!
