Ingredients

  • 6 packets Pancake/Baking Mix Health One
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 4 ounces pumpkin or sweet potato (mashed)
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 2 tablespoons nuts chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate pieces or chips
  • 6 tablespoons bulk sugar alternative
  • 9 tablespoons water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients until incorporated. Pat dough into a circle and cut into 6 pieces. Place on cookie sheet, with parchment paper that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 12-17 minutes. Makes 6 Scones. 
    Cool and enjoy!
