6 packets Pancake/Baking Mix Health One
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons cinnamon
4 ounces pumpkin or sweet potato (mashed)
1 tablespoon molasses
2 tablespoons nuts (chopped)
2 tablespoons dark chocolate pieces or chips
6 tablespoons sugar substitute
9 tablespoons water
Preheat oven to 375°. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients until incorporated. Place on cookie sheet, with Pam sprayed parchment paper. Bake 12-17 minutes. Makes 6 Scones.
