Savory Indian Pancakes

  • 1 packet Pancake/Baking Mix Health One
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon tumeric
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon red onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup water
  1. Mix all ingredients together. Pour onto non-stick pan. Cook for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve. For a topping, use a little non-fat plain yogurt (2 Tbsp = 17 cals).
