Savory Pumpkin-Cheddar Pancakes with Rosemary

  • 1 packet Pancake/Baking Mix Health One
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup water
  1. Mix all ingredients together. Pour onto non-stick pan. Cook for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve.
