Ingredients

  • 1 packet Pancake/Baking Mix Health One
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin
  • 7 pecans or walnuts chopped
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Place in small loaf pan. Bake for about 25 minutes.
