Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix ingredients. Add more broth if needed, to have a cupcake batter consistency. Vary seasonings to your taste. Place in cupcake tin with paper cups sprayed with cooking/baking spray. Bake 12-15 minutes. Cool. Enjoy or freeze. Once frozen, microwave or allow cups to defrost as needed. Best served warm.
