Ingredients

  • 1 serving of Pancake/Baking Mix Health One
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, add Pancake mix Health One, vanilla, and water in a bowl. Mix and flatten the dough on a baking sheet, sprayed with baking spray. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven. Let cool. Spread cream cheese on top. Add strawberries and blueberries.
