  • 1 cup vegetable or beef, or bone broth
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes with zesty mild green chiles
  • 1/2 teaspoon of taco seasoning
  1. Combine all ingredients except Potato Health One. Cook on the stovetop until the mixture is heated slowly. Then add the serving of Health One, stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Cook until the desired consistency is reached. It may be desirable to add extra broth for a thinner soup. Tasty and spicy.
