- 1 serving of Potato Health One
- 1 cup vegetable or beef, or bone broth
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes with zesty mild green chiles
- 1/2 teaspoon of taco seasoning
- Combine all ingredients except Potato Health One. Cook on the stovetop until the mixture is heated slowly. Then add the serving of Health One, stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Cook until the desired consistency is reached. It may be desirable to add extra broth for a thinner soup. Tasty and spicy.
