Apple Carrot Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 packets Pancake and Baking Mix Health One
  • 1/2 cup apple (finely diced)
  • 1/4 cup carrot (finely diced)
  • 1 teaspoon nutmet
  • 1 teaspoon walnut extract
  • 1/2 cup water
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and spoon into muffin tins. Bake for 15-20 minutes depending on size of muffin tin.
