Banana Nut Bread


  • 1 packet Pancake/Baking Mix Health One
  • 1/4 cup banana (mashed)
  • 1 teaspoon walnut extract (or walnuts)
  • 1 teaspoon banana extract
  • 1/2 cup water
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Place in small loaf pan. Bake for about 25 minutes. 

    Calories: MR = 160, Extras = 60, Total = 220 cals per MR Serving

    Using ½ Tbsp coarsely chopped walnuts will add 20 calories.
