  • 1 packet Pancake/Baking Mix Health One
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  1. Combine ingredients and using a non-stick pan, put batter onto pan. Cook for 1 minute and then flip and cook another minute. Top with berries, if desired (30-40 extra calories).
