Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Muffins with Cacao Nibs

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet chocolate Health One
  • 1 packet Pancake and Baking Mix
  • 3 tablespoons Truvia
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmet
  • 3/4 cup ripe banana (mashed)
  • 2 tablespoons cocao nibs
  • 1 tablespoon PB 2
  1. Mix dry ingredients and then fold in bananas, PB2 and cacao nibs. Using a 12-cup metal muffin pan or a mini-muffin pan, spray with cooking spray and then distribute batter evenly into muffin pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Usually makes 12 muffins.
