  • 2 packets Pancake/Baking Mix Health One
  • 2 tablespoons cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup water (OR 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup buttermilk)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Place in small loaf pan. Bake for about 25 minutes.
