Ingredients
- 2 packets Pancake/Baking Mix or 1 each of Pancake/Baking Mix and 1 vanilla Health One
- 1 tablespoon dried cranberries (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon oatmeal
- 7 pecans or walnuts (chopped)
- 2 teaspoons pecan extract
- 2 teaspoons orange extract
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- 1/3 cup water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Place is small loaf pan. Bake for about 25 minutes.
Calories: MR = 160, Extras = 50, Total = 210 cals per MR Serving.
Note: Save 45 calories by using pecan or walnut extract instead of the nuts.
