Dill Waffles

Ingredients:

2 packets Health One Potato meal replacement
1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp dried dill
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1⁄4 c. water or so.
Feel free to add more or less of any of the seasonings.

Directions:
In a bowl mix all ingredients well, should have a batter
consistency. Spray waffle iron with non-stick spray and cook until down.
Enjoy topped with more fresh veggies.
