Green Bean Casserole


  • 1 packet Potato Soup Health One
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons French fried onions (canned French's or equivalent)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray one-quart baking dish with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients except onions in dish. Top with onions. Bake for 15 minutes or until heated through.

    Note, this recipe uses only 1 meal replacement and the calories are higher than usual. However, it is a very filling recipe.
