  • 6 packets Pancake/Baking Mix Health One
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 4 ounces pumpkin or sweet potato (mashed)
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 2 tablespoons nuts (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate pieces or chips
  • 6 tablespoons sugar substitute
  • 9 tablespoons water
  1. Preheat oven to 375°. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients until incorporated. Place on cookie sheet, with Pam sprayed parchment paper. Bake 12-17 minutes. Makes 6 Scones.
