Ingredients
- 6 packets Pancake/Baking Mix Health One
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 4 ounces pumpkin or sweet potato (mashed)
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 2 tablespoons nuts (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate pieces or chips
- 6 tablespoons sugar substitute
- 9 tablespoons water
- Preheat oven to 375°. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients until incorporated. Place on cookie sheet, with Pam sprayed parchment paper. Bake 12-17 minutes. Makes 6 Scones.
