Initial Phone Consultation
This brief 20-30 minute call is an opportunity to learn about each other. We’ll discuss your goals and objectives for a weight management program. Then, HNT will provide an overview of our offerings and fees.
Presentation to Key Stakeholders
We understand that in a medical facility there are usually several layers of stakeholders who need to be onboard for a weight management program to be successful. In this presentation we will provide a comprehensive explanation of the HNT program and the benefits of a partnership. The presentation can be conducted via phone/video conference or in-person visit from HNT.
By reviewing financial pro forma, we’ll ensure a partnership makes business sense. By reviewing staff needs, we’ll ensure you have your best team in place.
By reviewing your facility, we’ll ensure you have the space identified to not only run the program today, but make room for growth in the future.

Now comes the fun part! We will set-up a 2.5 day in-person training for your coaches. During this time we will be helping to tailor the program to your unique environment. Medical introduction conducted via phone with our Medical Director, Dr. Carney. You’ll also receive all curriculum materials and protocols at this time.
We’ll be there for you step-by-step as you launch your program. We’ll also be at your service to consult. You are ready for your first group of patients!
