Our PROCESS

We want to make learning about a partnership with Health One clear and straightforward. We want you to have all the information you need to make the best decision for your organization. Here are the steps you can expect as you consider working with us.

Initial Phone Consultation

This brief 20-30 minute call is an opportunity to learn more about each other. We’ll discuss your goals and objectives for weight management programming. Then, Health One will provide an overview of our offerings and fees.

Presentation to Key Stakeholders

We understand that in health care settings there are usually many layers of stakeholders who need to be on board for a weight management service to be successful. In this presentation, we will provide a comprehensive explanation of the Health One program and the benefits of partnership. The presentation can be conducted via phone/video conference or an in-person visit from Health One.

Needs Assessment

We will review the following:

1. Financial pro forma, to ensure a partnership makes business sense.

2. Staffing needs, to ensure you have your best team in place.

3. Facility, to ensure you have the space identified to not only run the program today but make room for growth in the future.

Contract

You give us the green light.

Staff Training

Now comes the fun part! We will set-up a 2.5 day in-person or virtual training for your team. During this visit we will be helping you tailor the program to your environment. It will be during our time together that you will also receive the curriculum materials and protocols.

Program Launch

We will be there for you step-by step as you launch your program. We’ll also be at your service for any additional needed consultation. You are ready for your first group of participants.
