Ingredients

  • 2 packets Pancake/Baking Mix Health One
  • 1 tablespoon oats
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut
  • 2 tablespoons dried strawberries (20 gm weight) chopped
  • 2 teaspoons almond extract
  • 1/2 cup water plus 2 more tablespoons

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Using baking spray, spray 2 mini-loaf pans. Divide the batter into the 2 pans. Bake for 15 min. Can be refrigerated or frozen.

  • 3/4 cup water, more or less

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together. Place in a regular bread loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet vanilla Health One
  • 1 packet Pancake/Baking Mix Health One
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
  • Walden Farm Strawberry spread
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix Health One packets, vanilla and water together. Cut parchment paper to fit on cookie. Drop by teaspoons onto parchment paper. Make a thumbprint in the cookies. Bake for 10 -12 minutes, or until set.
    Take out of oven, cool slightly and top with strawberry spread. Finish cooling and enjoy!

  • 1 packet Pancake/Baking Mix Health One
  • 1/2 tablespoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 sweet potato medium-size
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Pierce the sweet potato skin 4 times. Microwave for 6-8 minutes until potato is soft and set aside.
    Mix the Health One, nutmeg, cinnamon and water into a batter. Peel off the skin of the sweet potato. Mash the sweet potato into the batter and mix well.
    Spray a standard size metal pie pan with butter spray. Pour the mixture into the pie pan and bake for 15 minutes.
