Potato Pancakes

  • 1 packet Pancake/Baking Mix Health One
  • 1 packet Potato Soup Health One
  • 2 teaspoons chives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2-3/4 cup water for desired thickness
  1. Mix all ingredients together. Pour onto non-stick pan. Cook for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
