Ingredients

  • 1 packet Pancake/Baking Mix Health One
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary fresh, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons frozen corn
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4-1/2 cup water adjust to desired thickness

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together. Pour onto non-stick pan. Cook for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve.

  • 1 tablespoon basil chopped finely
  • 1 tablespoon scallions chopped
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients into muffin tins. Bake for 18 minutes.
