Raisin Walnut Cinnamon Bars

  • 2 packets Pancake/Baking Mix Health One
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon walnuts (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 1 tablespoon oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons water
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Using baking spray, spray 2 mini-loaf pans. Divide the batter into the 2 pans. Bake for 15 min. Can be refrigerated or frozen.
