Fruit Pizza

  • 1 packet Pancake/Baking Mix Health One
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, add pancake mix Health One, vanilla and water in a bowl. Mix and flatten dough on baking sheet, sprayed with baking spray. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool. Spread cream cheese on pie. Add strawberries and blueberries.
