Traditional Pizza

  • 1 packet Pancake/Baking Mix Health One
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup green pepper (cut in thin slices)
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, add pancake mix Health One, garlic powder and water in a bowl. Mix and flatten dough on baking sheet, sprayed with baking spray. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread pizza sauce on dough. Add green pepper and mushrooms. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes.
